CNC Mill Setup Machinist - 1st Shift

Essential Duties: - Applicant must be able to operate a CNC Machining center. Haas or similar. - Use micrometers, plug gages and ALL other gages and measuring equipment to complete process inspections. - Work as part of a team in a fast paced environment for a progressive up and coming company. - Work in an AS9100c setting.

Education Level: High School Diploma or equivalent. Machining schooling a plus

Experience: - Must have at Least 2 years experience in the CNC milling machining field.

Skills needed: - Communicate effectively targets and priorities to manufacturing and support teams - Facilitate process improvement & cost containment teams - Experience with formal QMS - Experience in machine shop processing utilizing current engineering methodologies and technology. - Advanced Quality Assurance Technology: GD&T, SPC, CMM, Vision, and Conventional Metrology. - Proficient in Engineering CAD/CAM software, Microsoft office & business ERP systems
