CELL MANUFACTURING

One outstanding feature of Northwest Swiss-Matic is our ability to mix and match production equipment into highly efficient cells. We group CNC Swiss, Multiple Spindle and Escomatic Wire Machines with CNC Chuckers, Horizontal/Vertical Machining Centers and special machines to form a unique blend of manufacturing capabilities.

Our cell approach to manufacturing results in a continuous flow of parts with consistent quality to meet our customers’ just-in-time requirements. We operate a variety of cells, each one designed to produce up to approximately 60 variations of a single part type, or complete groups of assemblies.
